Soil Mechanics Laboratory has a fully automatic consolidation instrument, fully automatic conventional static triaxial instrument, SIR-20 geological radar, magnetotelluric imaging system, high-density electrical measurement system, nearly one hundred sets of experimental instruments such as servo-controlled direct shear test system. It can undertake the measurement of soil mechanics parameters, engineering exploration and design, research and safety evaluation of large-scale geotechnical engineering and foundation.

The laboratory is mainly responsible for experimental teaching, postgraduate training and scientific research in civil engineering and urban underground space engineering. In recent years, it has undertaken more than 30 scientific research projects such as the National Twelfth Five-Year Plan, the National Natural Science Foundation, the Beijing Innovation Team and the Science and Technology Star Program. Many academic achievements with international advanced level have been achieved in the fields of foundation engineering and its treatment technology, high slope stability, underground engineering excavation environmental damage and its control technology, three-dimensional dynamic deformation monitoring technology and prediction and warning theory. It has won 2 second prizes of national scientific and technological progress, 13 provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress awards, and more than 20 national authorized patents and software copyrights.


土力学实验室拥有全自动固结仪、全自动常规静三轴仪、SIR-20型地质雷达、大地电磁成像系统、高密度电法测量系统、伺服控制直剪测试系统等实验仪器设备近百台套。可承担土体力学参数测定、工程探测及大型岩土工程与地基基础的设计、研究及其安全评价等。

实验室主要承担土木工程专业和城市地下空间工程专业的实验教学、硕士研究生培养及科学研究工作。近年来,先后承担了国家“十二五”支撑计划、国家自然科学基金、北京市创新团队和科技新星计划等科研项目30余项。在地基工程及其处理技术、高边坡稳定性、地下工程开挖环境破坏及其控制技术、三维动态变形监测技术与预测预警理论等领域取得了许多具有国际先进水平的学术成果。先后获国家科技进步二等奖2项,省部级科技进步奖13项;获国家授权专利及软件著作权20余项。

The Building Environment and Energy Application Engineering Laboratory is a professional laboratory for practical teaching and scientific research in the building environment and energy application engineering. Laboratory equipment mainly consists of the following three parts:

1. HVAC: The main equipment includes indoor thermal comfort meter, portable flue gas analyzer, laser dust particle counter, gas calorimeter, air microbial detector, gas leak detector, small environmental test chamber, data acquisition system, heating system simulation Demonstration test bench, radiator thermal performance test bench, air conditioning simulation test bench, air heater test bench, etc.

2. Thermal fluid: The main equipment includes multi-point heat flow meter, multi-point anemometer, precision constant temperature water tank, mass flow meter, portable ultrasonic flowmeter, fluid calculation software Phoenixes, fluid calculation software Fluent, thermocouple spot welder, thermocouple Calibrator, non-quasi-steady-state thermal conductivity tester, external heat release and resistance test bench for the tube bundle tube, medium temperature radiation blackness test bench, free convection cross tube external heat release coefficient test bench, heat pipe heat exchanger Experiment bench, carbon dioxide PVT relationship measuring instrument, Renault instrument experiment instrument, momentum equation experiment instrument, multi-function hydraulic test bench, centrifugal fan performance test bench, centrifugal pump performance test bench, centrifugal pump series-parallel test bench, Pitot tube Speed test bench, venturi flowmeter test bench.

3. Clean energy: There are 12 sets of ground source heat pump units with different types, good performance and high degree of automation. They are located at the leading level of relevant professional laboratories in Beijing universities in terms of scale, quantity and performance.


建筑环境与能源应用工程实验室是建筑环境与能源应用工程专业开展实践教学、科学研究的专业实验室。实验室仪器设备主要由以下三大部分组成:

1、暖通空调:主要仪器设备有室内热舒适仪、便携式烟气分析仪、激光尘埃粒子计数器、燃气热量计、空气微生物检测仪、燃气泄漏检测仪、小型环境试验舱、数据采集系统、供暖系统模拟演示实验台、散热器热工性能测定实验台、空气调节模拟实验台、空气加热器实验台等。

2、热工流体:主要仪器设备有多点式热流计、多点风速计、精密恒温水槽、质量流量计、 便携式超声波流量计、流体计算软件Phoenixes 、流体计算软件Fluent、热电偶点焊器、热电偶校验仪、非准稳态导热系数测定仪、翘片管束管外放热和阻力测定实验台、中温辐射黑度测试试验台、自由对流横管管外放热系数实验台、热管换热器实验台、二氧化碳P-V-T关系测量仪等、雷诺仪实验仪、动量方程实验仪、多功能水力实验台、离心式风机性能测定实验台、离心泵性能测定实验台、离心泵串并联实验台、毕托管测速实验台、文丘里流量计实验台。

3、清洁能源:拥有12套不同类型、性能良好、自动化程度高的地源热泵机组,在规模、数量和性能上均位于北京市高校相关专业实验室的领先水平。
